UK Shipping

Orders within the United Kingdom are typically delivered within 2–3 working days once dispatched.

Please allow up to 2 working days for order processing. This is the time needed to prepare, pack, and dispatch your order.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been sent.

International Shipping 

We offer international shipping via DHL Express.

International orders are typically delivered within 3–5 working days after dispatch.

Please allow up to 2 working days for order processing before your order is shipped.

Customs & Import Duties
Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees once they arrive in the destination country. These charges are determined by the local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. OJÚ AYÒ does not have control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging.

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURN INCLUDE:

    •    Final sale items

    •    Personalised or custom products

To start a return, contact us at Hello@ojuayo.co with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent back without approval will not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for covering the postal charges to return their items.

We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Please choose a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

EXCHANGES

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us at Hello@ojuayo.co and we will assist you with an exchange. In these cases, we will cover any additional shipping costs.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

ORDER ISSUES & DAMAGED ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.
